Both men will come into the 12 round championship contest following their first ever taste of defeat in the professional ranks.
Millwall FC fan Cheeseman was widely outpointed by Spaniard Sergio Garcia when challenging for the European super-welterweight title in February, and Conway lost in the Ultimate Boxxer Middleweights semi-final to eventual winner Derrick Osaze just recently in March, but immediately returned to the ring only two weeks later to pick up a points win against former English title contender Harry Matthews.
